Sauerkraut Casserole(This Casserole Sounds Awful, But Tastes So Good!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cans tomato soup
1 can sauerkraut
1 tsp. salt
1 onion, chopped
2 cans water
1 1/2 cans uncooked Minute rice
2 lb. zucchini
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
dash of garlic
pinch of rosemary
dash of paprika
1 lb. pork sausage
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. thyme
dash of pepper
1/4 c. pimientos
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. oil
1 green pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
-
In a large skillet, brown hamburger and drain grease.
Add remaining ingredients and cook on simmer 10 minutes.
Serve on buns or bread.
Serves 6.
