Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (6 to 8 oz.) yogurt (choice of flavor)
    2 c. sugar (measured in yogurt cup)
    3 c. flour (measured in yogurt cup)
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 whole eggs
    3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Bake in loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
    Can add grated lemon rind if use lemon or vanilla.
    If you double the recipe, bake in a tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
