Garden Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 Tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped onion
3 c. sliced celery
1 lb. mushrooms, chopped
liver, chopped (optional)
4 c. bread cubes
2 c. apples, peeled and chopped
1/2 tsp. sage
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Heat butter.
Saute onion and celery.
Brown liver and mushrooms.
Toast bread cubes in skillet.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Add apple and seasonings.
