Ed'S Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix water
    and
    flour
    to make a smooth mixture.
    Place mixture in a glass jar or crock-pot.
    Let it stand, uncovered, in warm place
    for 18 to 24 hours (until bubbles form).
    Store in glass
    jar
    in
    fridge.
    Replace
    used
    starter
    with equal amounts of flour and water.
