Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. slivered almonds
2 c. (16 oz.) sour cream
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
4 c. diced celery
2 c. shredded cheese
2 c. (16 oz.) water chestnuts
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 (2.8 oz.) cans French fried onions
Preparation

Boil chicken and cut into cubes. Place in a large bowl and add all but cheese and French fried onions. Mix well and transfer to 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and French fried onions. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Makes 16 servings.
