Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. green beans, drained
    2 c. sliced celery
    2 c. carrots, cut diagonal
    1 small onion, cut
    1/2 (or a little more) green pepper
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    buttered crumbs
Preparation
    Cook carrots 5 minutes.
    Mix tomatoes with sugar, tapioca and seasonings.
    Heat and pour over vegetables that have been layered in casserole.
    Cover with buttered crumbs.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 6 to 8.
