Pineapple Upside-Down Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. crushed pineapple
2 eggs
3 c. Bisquick mix
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pineapple flavoring (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Melt butter or margarine; add brown sugar, nuts and drained pineapple.
Spoon equal amounts into bottoms of greased muffin cups.
Put Bisquick, sugar and milk into a bowl; add flavoring and drop in unbeaten eggs.
Stir until well mixed but not smooth.
Spoon equal portions of batter over the pineapple mixture.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
Cool before removing from pan.
These are delicious.
