Lemon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
    1 box yellow cake mix
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    2/3 c. ready-to-spread vanilla frosting
    4 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Blend salad dressing, cake mix and eggs at low speed with electric mixer until moistened.
    Add peel.
    Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes (dough will be stiff).
    Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake 9 to 11 minutes (depending on oven) until lightly browned.
    Cookies should still appear soft.
    Cool for 1 minute on pan.
    Remove to wire racks and cool completely.
    Stir together frosting and juice until well blended.
    Spread on cookies.
    Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
