Giammaloo'S Special Polish Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1 pkg. Milklunch crackers (Berry's)
    1 small finely chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Soak milk crackers in milk.
    After they are well soaked, mix hamburg, egg, onion, salt and pepper.
    Flatten into patties and fry until golden brown.
    A great way to stretch your food budget. Good warm or cold.
