Lentil Soup(From India) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lentils (red or yellow if you can find them)
    5 c. chicken broth (or 2 cans)
    4 c. water
    1 rib celery
    1/2 c. onion
    3 cloves garlic
    red pepper to taste
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. coriander powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. light cream (I use 1% milk)
Preparation
    Cool and blend small amount at a time.
    Cook plain rice or yellow rice if obtainable.
    Put small amount of rice in bowl; add soup.
