Squash Casserole #5 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions
    1 red pepper (sweet)
    1 green pepper
    2 lb. yellow squash
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 c. sharp cheese, grated
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    dash of hot sauce
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook
    squash
    until
    tender
    and
    mash.
    Saute\tonions, garlic and
    peppers.
    In\ta
    large
    bowl, mix squash, pepper, onions, butter, eggs, grated cheese (save out some) and pecans (save
    out some).
    Mix
    well and pour into a shallow buttered casserole.
    Top with bread crumbs, cheese and pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
