Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans beef consomme (soup)
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 stick butter
    1 onion
Preparation
    In baking dish, mix rice and consomme.
    Saute onion and butter, then add to baking dish.
    Bake in covered casserole dish for one hour at 375\u00b0.
    Serve hot.
    Delicious with meats.
