Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 cans beef bouillon
Preparation
    Brown onion in margarine.
    Put rice in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Add onion and 2 cans beef bouillon.
    Stir.
    Cover.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
