Tom'S Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. boned chicken
2 c. white wine
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
salt
pepper
Minute rice
Preparation
-
In saucepan, combine first 8 ingredients.
Cook over medium heat until chicken and vegetables are tender.
Prepare rice according to package.
Serve mixture over rice.
