Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped pecans
1 small can coconut
1 box Swiss chocolate cake (mix as directed)
1 lb. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Preparation

Spray or oil bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with pecans and coconut.
Pour cake mix over the mixture.
Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese.
Pour over top of cake mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Top will crack open as it bakes.
