Paradise Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. lime jello
3 c. boiling water
1 c. pineapple juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 large can crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine lime jello, boiling water and pineapple juice. Refrigerate and let cool.
Mix cream cheese, crushed pineapple and mayonnaise together.
Mix together the whipping cream and chopped nuts.
When jello mixture has cooled, mix all ingredients together.
Pour into container.
Let set 3 or 4 hours before serving.
