Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
2 c. sugar
5 c. plain flour
5 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients together first.
Then add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Bake in a muffin tin at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Muffins are best if batter is kept in refrigerator overnight before baking.
Batter will keep in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
