Mandarin Crepes - cooking recipe

3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 large egg, well beaten
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/8 tsp. salt
melted butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. butter, cut in pieces
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained
Preparation

In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, flour, egg, 1 tablespoon sugar, oil and salt until blended and smooth.
Let stand for 30 minutes.
