Salsa(Canning) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bushel tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    6 large green peppers, chopped
    6 large onions, chopped
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 small bowl hot peppers
    3 large garlic bulbs (about 20 minced)
    3 c. vinegar cider
    6 pkg. salsa starter mix
Preparation
    Cook for 20 minutes all ingredients, lower heat when starts to boil.
    Cook 20 minutes longer.
    Pour into sterile jars; process 30 minutes in boiling water bath.
    Makes 21 pints or 11 quarts.
