Hot Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 pkg. chipped beef
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. butter (on top)
    1/4 chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    garlic powder and salt
Preparation
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
