Green Chile Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
14 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten with 2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Butter 9-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle with green chiles.
Spread cheese over.
Pour eggs with water on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
Done when knife placed into center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
