Apple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
3/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. apples, diced
pinch of salt
1/2 c. chocolate chips
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar

Preparation

In a large bowl, with a wooden spoon, mix oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and chocolate chips together.
Then sift flour and other dry ingredients into the mixture.
Mix all of the ingredients well.
Fold in apples.
Bake one hour at 325\u00b0 in greased tube pan.
