Chocolate Mochi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mochiko flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 1/2 Tbsp. ground cocoa
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (12 oz.) can frozen coconut milk, thawed
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well with an electric mixer.
    Pour into prepared pans.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Cool before cutting.
    For easy cutting, grease knife with vegetable oil or butter.
    Makes 24 servings.
