Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. plain flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
dash of salt
1 1/2 c. water
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar and salt in top of double boiler. Add water and egg yolks; place over hot water and cook about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from fire. Add lemon juice and rind. Cool. Pour into baked pie shell.
