New England Seafood Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. whitefish (skin and bones removed)
    1 c. diced celery
    1 large onion, chopped
    5 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 cans minced clams
    1/3 c. cold water
    1 can crabmeat
    1 can tiny shrimp
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/2 jar pimentos, drained
    fresh chopped parsley
Preparation
    In a large kettle, place fish and enough water to cover.
    Cook 10 minutes.
    Remove fish and break into bite size pieces.
    Measure liquid and add enough to make 4 cups.
