Mixed Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium cabbage, shredded
2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2 carrots, thinly sliced
1/2 green pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced
1 c. diced celery
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine vegetables and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients until sugar dissolves.
Mix all together and toss well.
Chill thoroughly before serving.
(Best if chilled overnight.)
