Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    16 oz. can refried beans
    2 Tbsp. oregano
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    3/4 tsp. garlic powder
    12 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
    2 1/2 c. water
2 1/2 c. picante or salsa sauce (strength to taste, I used medium)
    2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. green onions, chopped fine
1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
    1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients.
Use greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Put 4 noodles in bottom of pan.
Spread half of beef mixture over them.
Place another 4 noodles on top and spread remaining half of beef mixture over top.
Looks like a lot of liquid but it will be alright.
Seal tightly with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until noodles are tender.
