Fresh Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped (2 c.)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. lime juice
    1/2 to 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped (optional to taste)
Preparation
    In small nonmetal bowl, blend together; let set 1 to 2 hours. Keeps for 5 days.
