Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. zucchini, shredded
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. white flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1 c. 100% bran or All-Bran
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Mix together well the first 5 ingredients. Sift together white flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, salt and soda. Add to sifted ingredients the wheat flour, wheat germ, bran and pecans. Add the flour mixture to zucchini mixture. Bake in 2 loaf pans for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
