Deb'S Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large roast
    8 to 10 potatoes
    2 to 3 large onions
    10 to 15 carrots
    2 cans creamy onion soup
    2 cans Franco-American beef gravy (brown)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put roast in roasting pan that 1/2 covers roast.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Mix soup on stove top until smooth.
    Add soup to roast and carrots.
    Reduce to 375\u00b0.
    Bake about 30 minutes and then add potatoes and onions.
