Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk (1 tsp. vinegar added to 2 c. milk)
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Stir buttermilk and yeast mixture into dry ingredients.
    Form into walnut-size balls.
    Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
