Buffalo Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oleo
    1 c. shortening
    1 box brown sugar
    2 c. sugar
    1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips
    2 c. oatmeal
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. coconut
    2 c. Rice Krispies
Preparation
    Cream oleo and shortening; add brown sugar, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
    Sift and add flour; add oatmeal, chocolate chips, pecans, Rice Krispies and coconut.
    Using 1/4 cup per cookie or ice cream scoop, put on ungreased cookie sheet, 6 to a sheet.
    For crunchy and hard cookies, cook 15 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    For soft and chewy cookies, cook 6 to 7 minutes at 425\u00b0 and let cool 5 minutes before removing from sheet.
    Makes 30 to 40 cookies.
