Moist Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 large egg
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 small shredded zucchini
    1 medium shredded carrot
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    In a small bowl, beat egg, milk, oil and vanilla.
    Add carrots, zucchini, pecans and raisins to liquid mixture.
    Mix.
    Then, add all to dry ingredients.
    Blend together until all ingredients evenly moistened.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
