Chocolate Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 large container Cool Whip
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
    3 c. cold milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, pecans and oleo; pat out in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Cook for 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Cream the cream cheese and sugar; blend in 1 cup of Cool Whip.
    Spread over the cool first layer.
    Mix pudding with milk; beat until it begins to thicken. Pour over second layer.
    Spread Cool Whip on top of this (sometimes it takes part of another carton).
    Sprinkle chopped pecans on top, if you like.
