Fiesta Salad In Tortilla Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground round
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's Healthy Request condensed tomato soup
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. vinegar
    4 flour tortillas (6-inch)
    2 c. shredded lettuce
    1 c. diced tomato (1 medium)
    1/4 c. shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (1 oz.)
Preparation
    Spray 10-inch skillet with Pam cooking spray.
    Heat over medium heat for 1 minute.
    Add beef, onion, chili powder and garlic powder.
    Cook until beef is browned and onion tender.
    Spoon off fat.
    Stir in soup, water, rice and vinegar; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low.
    Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
