Guadalupe Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, peeled and sliced
    2 medium or 1 large onion, chopped
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, onions, bell peppers and margarine together. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Wrap in tinfoil and bake on the grill until done or place in a large buttered casserole dish and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
