Honey Dressing For Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients except cream in top of double boiler; cook over hot (not boiling) water for 15 minutes until thickened. Cover, cool in refrigerator until chilled and fold in whipped cream.
