Scalloped Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced carrots
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. oleo, melted
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    dash of black pepper
    3 c. herb-seasoned dressing mix (croutons)
Preparation
    Boil carrots until tender and drain.
    Saute onion in 3 tablespoons oleo and add to carrots.
    Add soup, grated cheese, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Place in baking dish and top with the dressing mix which has been tossed with 1/3 cup melted oleo.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
