Jennie'S Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 well beaten eggs
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
3 c. peeled, chopped apples
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine sugar, oil, vanilla, eggs, lemon juice. salt and cinnamon in mixing bowl and mix well.
Mix flour and soda and fold in.
Beat well.
Add apples and pecans and mix well.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Cool before removing from pan.
