Heavenly Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cherry jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 small can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
    1 1/4 c. cooked rice
    10 maraschino cherries, cut up (use juice, too)
    1 pt. Cool Whip
    1/4 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix jello and water.
    Add other ingredients, except Cool Whip and nuts.
    Let set.
    After cooled, stir in the Cool Whip and nuts.
