Roquefort Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Roquefort cheese
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. finely minced onion
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    5 drops liquid hot pepper sauce
    2 Tbsp. brandy (optional)
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat together the cheese until very smooth.
    Stir in the onion, Worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce.
    Mix well.
    Chill for about an hour.
    Shape into 1 large ball or 2 small ones and roll in the nuts.
    Cover well and refrigerate until serving time. Serve with assorted crackers.
