Holiday French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2/3 c. orange juice
    1/3 c. Grand Marnier
    1/3 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    8 (3/4-inch thick) slices French bread
    fine grated peel of orange (optional)
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs in large bowl.
    Add orange juice and all ingredients, except bread and powdered sugar.
    Dip bread in egg mixture and place in baking dish.
    Pour any remaining egg mixture on top.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning once.
