butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. light cream
2 c. cooked turkey or chicken chunks
1/4 c. packaged dried bread crumbs
dash of cayenne pepper
butter or margarine

Cook spinach as label directs. Drain well. Arrange in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
