Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. mild Cheddar cheese
    4 c. water
    2 whole eggs
Preparation
    Put water in heavy saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Add grits and return to boil, stirring frequently until grits thicken.
    Add butter and cheese, stirring until cheese melts.
