Crab Meat Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can flaked crab meat or fresh (as crabby as you like)
whites of 3 hard-cooked eggs, diced
yolks of 3 hard-cooked eggs, mashed
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
dash of cayenne or Tabasco
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Mix milk and bread crumbs.
Gently stir in crab meat and egg whites.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Place in greased (Pam) 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or 1 1/2-quart dish. Sprinkle with buttered crumbs.
Bake 15 minutes.
Serves 2 generously.
