Cavatini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small green pepper
1 medium onion
1 medium can mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste
1 box small or medium Shelle
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1/4 c. sugar
8 oz. grated Mozzarella
Preparation

Fry ground beef, onions and pepper.
Drain off fat.
Add mushrooms, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, spaghetti sauce and sugar.
Heat thoroughly.
Cook shells and add to sauce.
Put in baking dish 9 x 13-inch.
Top with Mozzarella.
Place in oven under broiler until cheese melts and browns a little.
Serve with salad and garlic bread.
