Baked Chicken-Amish Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. 2 oz. box cornflakes
    1/2 lb. saltine crackers
    2 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Grind up cornflakes and crackers and mix together (I use a blender).
    Mix in the seasonings.
    Set aside amount you feel you will need for the amount of chicken you are cooking; store the rest for later use.
    Dip chicken in egg/milk mixture and roll in the seasoned crumbs until completely coated.
    Bake chicken on cookie sheet for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Put chicken in covered roaster and bake for an additional hour.
