Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie crust
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk or cream
    1/4 c. grated swiss cheese
    2 tbsp. green onion, chopped
    3 tbsp. oil or marg.
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Saute onions and mushrooms in oil.
    Add salt and lemon juice. Boil out liquid.
    Mix eggs and milk.
    Stir in mushroom mix.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake for 30-40 min. at 375\u00b0.
