Tomato Preserves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lemons, grated rind and juice
    1/2 oz. pectin
    3 c. sugar
    2 c. stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Combine
    tomatoes,
    lemon
    and\tpectin.
    Bring\tto full boil. Add sugar and return to full boil.\tStir constantly for 4 to 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and continue to stir 1 to 2 minutes. Skim
    off
    foam.
    Should
    make
    5
    (6
    ounce)
    jelly glasses. Seal.
    (You may use paraffin over these preserves or a tablespoon of boiling water.)
