Raspberry Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. raspberries, mashed
    1/4 c. oil
    4 tsp. rice vinegar
    4 tsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. dry white wine
    1 tsp. coarse grained mustard
    sweetening to taste
Preparation
    Place berries in bowl and mash with fork.
    Gradually wisk in oil.
    Stir in the vinegars, wine and mustard. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
    Makes 1/4 cup dressing.
